Shipping policy

    Our goal is to get parts into your hands as soon as possible. Most carbon fiber and performance parts ship via UPS. The majority of smaller parts (i.e. buttons) ship via USPS. All of our packages are insured and if your order value is over $200 we may require a signature. Once you've placed your order you will receive a confirmation email that your order is being processed. Please allow 1-3 business days for tracking to update on our site. If it's been 4 days and you still don't have tracking information for your order please send us an email at sales@horizonmotorsport.com with your order number and address so we can assist. Please try to be present during the estimated delivery time, in some cases we have had packages stolen after delivery. Once the package has been dropped off at the shipping address on the order, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure its' safety. Please note that once an order is marked as "delivered" on the tracking page it is your responsibility to ensure its' safety. Unfortunately we cannot be held liable if your order is stolen after it has been delivered. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding shipping at any time.
