Refund policy

 

Returns 

Please contact us via the contact page form to start a return or exchange. The return/exchange process must be started within 1 week of delivery, after 1 week we will not be able to issue a refund/exchange. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to any return once the order has been processed. Once a return is approved, active tracking information must be provided to us within 3 business days. After 3 business days the return may be rejected, or additional restocking fees may be imposed. Please note that if the contents of the order are modified in any way (this includes installation, drilling, application of adhesive materials, dings or scratches, etc...) the part will not be eligible for a return. Parts should be shipped back in the original packaging, it is your responsibility to package them properly. We highly recommend insuring your return package. Unfortunately if your package is lost or damaged during a return shipment, we cannot be held liable. Upon inspection, we will issue a refund, which can take 2-4 business days to process, this is dependent on your bank/alternate payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. When you make a purchase through our website you agree to our terms of service, which includes our return and exchanges policy.

 

Please test fit your parts prior to installation; if you foresee any issues during installation contact us prior to installing/modifying the part so that we can assist you. 

 

Damaged Items

If your part has been damaged, do not throw away the package or any packing materials. If you do so, we cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed for the damage (we can't file an insurance claim without documentation/proof). 

If your item is found to be damaged please send us an email with detailed photos of the issue/damage, your name, and order number. Please note that in order to file a claim we need to be notified within 1 week of delivery, after this timeframe we cannot guarantee that our shipping insurance provider will approve the claim. We do not offer a warranty on any of the parts we sell, any warranty must be claimed through the manufacturer. Please test fit your items before modifying them in any significant way (sanding, drilling, application of adhesive, etc...) and consult us if you have any questions or concerns about installation. Once any part has been modified/installed they are ineligible for refund or exchange under any circumstances. If you would like to inquire about the return policy of a specific product please feel free to reach out to us at any time. Additionally, we fully insure every order we ship; if your item is found to have been damaged in transit we will open a claim with the shipping carrier. 



Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping

In most cases, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, all shipping will be deducted from your refund depending on the item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We highly recommend insuring your package when you return your item. Unfortunately we cannot be held liable if the shipping provider further damages or loses the order in transit.
