Refund Policy

By placing an order on horizonmotorsport.com, you agree to this policy in its entirety.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges must be requested through our contact page within 21 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. No exceptions. To qualify, items must be uninstalled, unmodified, and returned in original condition with all packaging, hardware, and protective materials.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance and using a trackable method. Horizon Motorsport is not responsible for return shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Tracking must be provided within 7 business days of return approval.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 2–4 business days of inspection.

Order Cancellations

Standard orders may be cancelled at no charge before shipment. After shipment, the standard return process and restocking fee apply. Special order, made-to-order, custom-built, or built-to-spec items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once the order is placed, as production or procurement begins immediately. Products marked "made to order," "special order," "pre-order," or "custom" on the product page are covered by this provision. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances: items that have been installed or modified in any way (including sanding, drilling, adhesive, painting, or wrapping); suspension components of any kind (springs, coilovers, control arms, sway bars, end links, camber arms, etc.); items returned after the 21-day window; and items missing original packaging or not in resalable condition. We strongly recommend dry test-fitting all parts before making any permanent modifications. If you discover an issue during test-fitting, contact us before modifying the part.

Wrong Part Ordered

If you ordered the wrong part, the standard return policy applies including the 20% restocking fee. It is the customer's responsibility to verify fitment before ordering — fitment details are listed on every product page. Contact us before purchasing if you are unsure. This is separate from a Horizon Motorsport error — if we ship the wrong item or a defective product, we will correct it at no cost to the customer for domestic (US) orders, including return and replacement shipping. For international orders, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs due to the higher cost of international freight, though we will work with you to find a reasonable solution.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, do not install the part and do not discard any packaging. Report damage within 14 calendar days of delivery by emailing sales@horizonmotorsport.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and photos of the packaging. This window is strictly enforced because carrier insurance claims cannot be filed after this period. We strongly encourage inspecting all items the day they arrive.

All orders ship fully insured. We will file a claim on your behalf and work toward a replacement, repair, or refund. For domestic orders with confirmed shipping damage, we cover return and replacement shipping. For international orders, shipping costs may fall to the customer, though we will work with you on a fair resolution.

Attempting to install a visibly damaged part voids your damage claim. We also offer optional shipping protection at checkout for faster claim resolution.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the carrier confirms delivery, Horizon Motorsport's responsibility for the shipment is fulfilled. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors and building management, contact the carrier, and email us — we will help file a claim. Carrier claims after confirmed delivery are not guaranteed and may require a police report. We cannot issue refunds for packages the carrier confirms were delivered, but we will work with you and the carrier to pursue a resolution. High-value orders may require signature confirmation.

Chargebacks

Contact us directly before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback while any resolution process is active with Horizon Motorsport may result in the immediate cancellation of that process. We reserve the right to contest any unsubstantiated chargeback with full documentation. Customers who file fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may be prohibited from future orders.

Warranty

Certain products carry a manufacturer's warranty (typically 90 days) covering manufacturing defects only — not installation damage, misuse, neglect, or wear. Warranty claims are facilitated through Horizon Motorsport. Final sale items are not eligible for return but may still be covered under warranty for defects.

Limitation of Liability

Horizon Motorsport's total liability for any order shall not exceed the purchase price of that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including vehicle damage, labor costs, towing, rental vehicles, or lost time.

Policy Modifications

This policy may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to that transaction.
