Returns
We understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary, and we're here to help make the process as smooth as possible. To start a return or exchange, please reach out to us via our contact page form. It's important to note that the return/exchange process must be initiated within 3 weeks of delivery to be eligible for a refund / exchange. After 3 weeks, unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate any returns or exchanges. Please note that we are exceptionally strict about this policy. We thank you for your understanding.
Please keep in mind that a 20% restocking fee will be applied to any return once the order has been processed. We realize this may be a unique policy, but it's to cover the time spent to repackage and restock the item, as well as payment processing fees. If your return is approved, we kindly ask that active tracking information be provided within 7 business days. If the tracking information isn't provided within this timeframe, the return may be rejected, or additional restocking fees may be imposed, depending on the individual situation.
It's important to return the item in its original packaging and to package it properly to ensure safe transportation. We highly recommend insuring your return package as we cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged packages during the return shipment. Upon inspection, a refund will be issued, which typically takes 2-4 business days to process. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer unless the customer's order was damaged or incorrect.
Before installing or modifying your part, we recommend test-fitting it first. If any issues arise during installation, please contact us beforehand so that we can assist you. We appreciate your business and want to ensure that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. Please keep in mind that by making a purchase through our website, you agree to our terms of service, which includes our return and exchange policy.
For Damaged Items:
In the unfortunate event that your part is damaged during shipping, please do not dispose of the packaging materials. Doing so could jeopardize your reimbursement for the damage, as we require documentation to file an insurance claim.
If you discover damage to your item, please send us an email with detailed photos of the issue, including your name and order number. It is important to note that we must be notified of the damage within 1 week of delivery in order to file a claim. We cannot guarantee approval from our shipping insurance provider if this timeframe is not met. While we do not offer warranties on any of our parts, any warranty must be claimed through the manufacturer.
We encourage you to test fit your items before making any significant modifications, such as sanding, drilling, or applying adhesive. If you have any concerns about installation, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance. Please note that once a part has been installed or modified, it is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange under any circumstances. We are very strict about this policy. If you have questions about the return policy for a specific product, please feel free to reach out to us at any time.
Please be aware that we fully insure every order we ship, so if your item is damaged during transit, we will open a claim with the shipping carrier.
For Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend first checking your bank account, then contacting your credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund after checking with your bank and credit card company, please contact us at sales@horizonmotorsport.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Shipping Costs
We kindly ask that you cover the cost of shipping when returning an item, unless it was damaged or incorrect due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable and a deduction will be made from a refund/exchange credit. Please note that the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
To ensure that your returned item is safely delivered, we highly recommend insuring your package. It's important to understand that we cannot be held responsible for any further damage or loss that occurs during the shipping process.
