Shipping policy
Processing & Carriers
In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days. Most carbon fiber and performance parts ship via UPS. Smaller items ship via USPS. All orders are quality-checked prior to shipment and ship with full insurance coverage. Shipping fees cover handling, packaging, and carrier charges and are not a direct reflection of the carrier's standalone rate.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update. If it has been 4 or more business days without tracking, email us at sales@horizonmotorsport.com with your order number and we will assist you promptly. Please note that USPS tracking may not update for several business days after the initial scan — this is normal and does not mean your package has not shipped.
Delivery
We may require a signature upon delivery for high-value orders. If a signature-required delivery is attempted and you are not available, it is your responsibility to coordinate redelivery with the carrier. We strongly recommend being present during the estimated delivery window. Once a carrier confirms delivery, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. International Shipping
We ship worldwide. If shipping has not been configured for your region at checkout, contact us at sales@horizonmotorsport.com or via Instagram for a quote. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are not refundable by Horizon Motorsport.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
If an item is out of stock or on pre-order, we will communicate the estimated restock timeline. If you would prefer not to wait, you may cancel your order for a full refund prior to shipment. Pre-order and restock timelines are estimates and are subject to change.
