Shipping policy

We understand that receiving your parts quickly is important, so we do our best to ship them out as soon as possible. Most of our carbon fiber and performance parts are shipped via UPS, while smaller items like buttons are shipped via USPS. Additionally, shipping insurance is available through our partner, Route. While Route is an optional service, Horizon Motorsport does not guarantee any type of reimbursement in the event of loss or damage. We may require a signature upon delivery for added security.

Once you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email letting you know that we're processing your order. Please give us 1-3 business days for tracking information to update on our website. If it's been 4 days and you haven't received tracking information, please send us an email at sales@horizonmotorsport.com with your order number and address, and we'll assist you promptly.

To ensure safe delivery, we recommend being present during the estimated delivery time. Unfortunately, we've had cases of packages being stolen after delivery, so it's important to take precautions. Please note that once your order is marked as "delivered" on the tracking page, it becomes your responsibility to ensure its safety.
