This lip is made using 100% genuine dry carbon and is based off of the OEM M Performance lip for the G87 M2. This front lip features a 3-piece design, consisting of two outer pieces and one centerpiece. All of the carbon fiber parts on our site come equipped with a high-quality clear coat to protect against UV damage as well as minor road debris. Professional installation is recommended.

When it comes to carbon fiber, there are two types: wet and dry carbon. Dry carbon is considered better than wet carbon because it has a higher strength-to-weight ratio, meaning it's stronger and lighter than wet carbon. Additionally, dry carbon is made using a different manufacturing process, which involves using a vacuum and heat to remove all the excess resin from the carbon fiber weave, resulting in a more uniform and consistent product. This process also makes dry carbon more expensive than wet carbon, but for those looking for the best performance and quality, it's well worth the investment.
