ARM built this intake around one idea, which is getting air from the filter to the turbo over the shortest distance possible. The 3.5 inch turbo inlets are six layer reinforced high temperature silicone, the piping is wrinkle black coated aluminum, and the turbo adapters are CNC machined individually for each turbo so they lock in with the factory C clips the same way the OEM inlets do. The rear inlet holds 3.5 inches all the way to the turbo, and the front tapers to 3 inches to match the smaller front unit.
The filters are where this one separates itself. They run inverted to open up as much surface area as possible, 145 cubic inches each and 290 combined, which is a lot of filter for something that packs in this tight under the hood. More air to the turbos, and the induction sound that comes with it is usually the first thing people notice.
Fits the S58 across the G80 M3, G82 and G83 M4 including Competition and xDrive cars, and the G87 M2 Competition. Nothing needs to be cut or trimmed, and most installs run about 30 minutes.
