The BuiltToKillUSA Dual Differential Mount is designed to reinforce one of the known weak points on BMW G series and Toyota Supra drivetrain platforms. Built for the G42 M240i, G20 M340i, G22 M440i, A90 Supra, and A91 Supra, this mount adds a second reinforced mounting point to help control differential movement under hard acceleration, aggressive launches, spirited driving, and higher torque applications.
Unlike most dual differential mounts that use a fully solid design, this system uses an 80A polyurethane bushing to reduce unwanted differential movement while keeping NVH low. This helps improve drivetrain stability, throttle response, traction consistency, and overall driveline feel without making the car harsh for street use.
By tying both sides of the differential into the subframe, the mount helps distribute torque load more evenly and reduce stress on the factory mounting points. This can help reduce wheel hop, improve traction under load, and make the car feel more predictable during hard acceleration and shifting.
The mount is CNC machined from 6061 aluminum and built using USA sourced components. It includes stainless steel hardware, a threaded steel backing plate, and the required drill bit for installation. Installation requires drilling one precise hole into the subframe, and professional installation is recommended.
All components, including the billet assembly, bushing, bolts, and hardware, are proudly made in the USA in San Clemente, California.
