Each spring is made in the USA from high tensile chrome silicon to EMD's own rates and geometries. Every unit is shot peened, pre-set and 100 percent tested so critical dimensions and loads fall inside tolerance, then finished in a stealth black powder coat that keeps the S55 car looking factory sitting still.
