The Performance V1 winglets are constructed from 100 percent genuine 3K twill weave prepreg carbon fiber, offering a lightweight yet rigid structure with excellent surface quality. Each piece is finished with a high quality clear coat to protect against UV exposure and minor road debris while maintaining a deep gloss finish.

Prepreg carbon fiber is manufactured by pre impregnating the carbon fabric with resin and curing it under controlled heat and vacuum pressure. This process results in consistent resin distribution, fewer imperfections, and a stronger, lighter final product compared to traditional wet carbon. The manufacturing method does not affect the gloss finish, and these winglets will visually match other 2x2 carbon fiber components, including wet carbon parts.
