Upgrade the front end of your G8X M3 or M4 with the Performance V2 air inlets. These air inlets are manufactured using genuine prepreg carbon fiber and feature a dual slit design that adds an aggressive OEM plus appearance while maintaining clean factory styling.

Using prepreg carbon fiber instead of traditional wet carbon results in a lighter weight component with more consistent quality and fitment. Each inlet is finished with a durable, UV resistant clear coat and features a 2x2 carbon weave that closely matches the OEM carbon fiber pattern found on the G8X platform.

Installation requires removal of the front bumper for proper fitment. Due to the level of disassembly involved, professional installation is highly recommended. All of our carbon fiber products are designed to deliver high quality fitment and finish.

Prepreg carbon fiber differs from wet carbon in that the carbon fabric is preimpregnated with resin and cured under controlled heat and vacuum pressure. This process produces a stronger and lighter final product with more uniform resin distribution and fewer imperfections. While more costly to manufacture, prepreg carbon offers improved durability, consistency, and overall quality. The manufacturing method does not affect the glossy finish, and these air inlets will visually match other 2x2 carbon fiber components.
